Binance’s strategy officer Gin Chao declared: “Numbers app is integrated with Binance Chain through Zion, a hardware-based key management system and offers the developer community easy access to use the Binance Chain and for hardware wallet protection, digital signature and so on.” The Taiwanese company says it has already worked with Stanford University and IBM on the Starling project (anchor link) to create data verification systems to preload applications on Exodus, the blockchain smartphone line from manufacturer HTC.
Bofu Chen, co-CEO of Numbers, explained that he wanted to help create traceable and reliable data through an open data framework. He believes the exchange of these datas brings greater confidence and operational efficiency to the company. 'Binance's investment will help us explore more usage scenarios and accelerate technological and business development. We are also working to open up the libraries we have built for the developer community in 2020, so that more developers can benefit from our work and use the Binance channel more easily.
Because of the transaction, the Numbers application has been integrate into the Binance Chain. This month, Binance also invested in the stablecoins issuer BxB.
